It was a new apartment and good price. The location was particularly good, a 5-minute drive to Spodek Arena. And we were so close to a mall.

The building and neighborhood are gated, ensuring security and a relatively quiet environment. The apartment's location near a beautiful forest provided a great opportunity for daily runs. there is a small shop in the building block, making it convenient to purchase basic necessities.

The freeway noise could be a bit bothersome, especially for light sleepers, as keeping the windows open was necessary due to the lack of air conditioning. The response to online extension requests was slow and the cost was expensive, requiring negotiation at the office for a better deal.

The only small suggestion we have is regarding the smoking policy. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray on the balcony.

Loved the little garden on the ground floor, perfect for sipping tea. The hosts were so professional, like a company, oh wait, they are! The apartment was spacious and well-planned, great for escaping reality. Plus, there's a forest nearby for all my woodland princess dreams. And shopping, of course.
